Bon Appetit!
Combine flour, margarine, sugar and baking powder. Process. Add egg and almond flavoring. Process to a ball. Press dough into a tart pan and up the sides.
In a separate bowl toss drained fruit, lemon juice and 2 T sugar. Put this mixture in the tart pan.
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut in to 6 T margarine. Sprinkle mixture over top of tart.
Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
