Suggest a better descriptionCombine all ingredients EXCEPT RICE in a 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over med-high heat. Stir in rice; reduce heat to low, cover & simmer until all liquid is absorbed, 50-60 minutes. (Check after 45-50 minutes; add boiling water if rice seems too dry).
