Suggest a better description1) Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken and cook until light brown
2) Remove chicken and set aside
3) Add remaining ingredients, heat over medium heat until well blended and dissolved.
4) Bring to hard boil and and simmer 20 minutes, uncovered, until thickened.
5) Add chicken back to skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until sauce sticks to chicken
6) Serve over hot rice
Serve with egg rolls
