Boil pasta to your liking; put aside
Remove skin from garlic; mix in olive oil & place on cookie sheet in 400*F oven until browned; put aside when done
Slice onions thinly and stir in pan over low - medium heat until caramelized or browned if you don't have patience; put aside when done
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces; fry in pan with small amount of olive oil. Mix seasoning salt, course black pepper, minced garlic, and small amount of liquid smoke. Cook until the chicken is golden. Put aside when done.
In sauce pan, melt stick of butter with garlic cloves on low heat.
Slowly add cream and stir until reduced and semi-thick; make sure the cream is hot.
Add parmesan cheese and stir until completely melted.
When sauce is ready, add onion, sun-dried tomatoes, chicken, & peas. Stir until slight boil.
After sauce is ready, pour pasta and sauce into a big pan. Stir to ensure everything is hot before serving.
