Suggest a better descriptionCombine sage, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub over both sides of pork chops.
In a large nonstick skillet melt butter with oil and then brown chops on both sides. Remove chops.
Add 1/2 cup juice to the skillet; bring to a boil. Return chops to the pan and reduce heat; cover and simmer 8 - 10 minutes or until chop juices run clear, basting occasionally. Remove chops to serving platter and keep warm.
Add remaining juice to pan, bring to a boil. cook, uncovered, until reduced to 1/2 cup. Pour sauce over chops and serve.
