Dissolve yeast in warm water, then add other ingredients, Knead until smooth & dough forms a ball. Divide into 12 large or 24 small sticks. Roll in hands to make sticks and place on greased cookie sheet. Eight sticks per sheet. Brush with melted butter & sprinkle with poppy, sesame seeds, or parmesan cheese etc.
Let raise 2 hours. Bake at 400 degrees 12-15 minutes.
Can refriderate dough in a greased bowl with a tight fitting lid. For Pizza Crust: shape onto pizza pan and let raise 20 minutes. Add toppings and bake.
