Simple breakfast casserole that tastes great! Perfect potluck dish. (Recipe from Stephanie Tuchten)
Brown sausage, drain and then crumble. Beat eggs, then add milk and stir. Add sausage and remaining ingredients. Mix together well.
Bake in a 9 x 9 pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
You can also double the recipe and bake in a 9 x 13 pan for 1 1/2 hours.
