Spray 13 x 9 casserole dish with cooking spray. Line dish with crescent rolls; press seams together. Cook sausage in fry pan to small crumbles; cook in onion, bell pepper (optional) and some sprinkles of crushed red pepper (optional). Put sausage mixture on top of crescent rolls. Spread bag of cheese over sausage. In a small bowl, mix together 6 eggs, 1 cup of milk and a little salt & pepper. Pour over cheese. Bake at 425 for 23 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting. Even good for dinner with some fresh fruit on the side.
