2. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, press the crescent
roll dough in the bottom and 1/2 inch up the
sides of the pan.
3. Slice the sausage into small pieces and then
spread evenly over the top of the dough.
4. Whisk eggs, milk, green pepper, oregano, salt
and pepper together in a medium bowl. Pour
evenly over sausage. Sprinkle shredded cheddar
cheese all over the top.
5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown
and eggs are cooked through.
6. Let cool 5 minutes before slicing!
