Suggest a better description1. Heat butter and flour until bubbling on low
2. Add chicken broth, Broccoli florets, Shredded Carrot, and onions.
3. Simmer on low until Broccoli is tender, remove from heat.
4. Add Heavy Cream, Salt, and cheese. Return to heat on low, continuously stirring.
5. Soup will form, take off heat and serve.
The more fat and less salt the lower chance of curdling. Milk can be used but its risky.
