Preheat oven to 350 F
Defrost broccoli, chop up into little pieces and set aside
Butterfly the chicken breast, then place saran wrap on top of it to use a mallet in order to thin it out a bit. Try to make the chicken the same width all over for even cooking.
Put broccoli and some of your cheese inside of the chicken breast filet (make sure to save some cheese for the top if you're using the 21DF containers), you can also put some of your seasonings on the inside of the chicken with the broccoli *Don't put too much broccoli inside or you won't be able to roll it up
Roll up chicken, put your seasonings on the top of outside of the chicken, then top with the rest of your cheese. You will want to make sure you put olive oil on top of your chicken at this point as well. as on your pan
Side suggestion - mixed greens with red wine vinegar
