easy vegetarian lasagna
cook lasagna noodles according to package directions
preheat oven to 350
melt margarine in dutch oven or 4 qt sauce pan
stir in flour, onion bouillon, garlic salt, thyme and pepper. cook until mixture is smooth and bubbly
gradually add milk, stir constantly until mixture boils and thickens. blend in cottage cheese, broccoli, mushrooms and walnuts.
in a 9 x 13 baking dish, layer 1/3 of noodles, 1/3 of sauce and 1/3 of swiss cheese. repeat with remaining ingredients.
bake at 350 25-30 minutes or until throughly headed. let stand 10 minutes before serving.
