Combine the bread crumbs and cheese and sprinkle over the tops, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Broil the tomatoes until the crumbs turn golden brown. How to Prepare Spinach: Heat the oil in a large wok or saute pan until almost smoking. Add the spinach and garlic, season with salt and pepper to taste, and saute for two minutes or until just wilted.
