heat to boiling. Reduce heat, simmer
for 12 - 15 minutes until tender.
Heat sugar, butter, orange peel & salt
until sugar is dissolved and bubbly.
Drain carrots, stir into sugar mixture.
cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
