Salmon in pineapple marinade with brown sugar and spice coating
For marinade: combine pineapple and lemon juice and salmon in zip top bag. Refrigerate one hour, turning occasionally.
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Remove fish from bag; discard marinade. Combine all dry ingredients and rub over fish. Place in an 11 X 9 baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Serve with lemon slices.
