A very tasty dish that can easily be made in bulk and reheated. This is another recipe stolen and adapted from my mother in law
1. Combine sauce ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour
2. Combine flour, pepper & paprika
3. Coat chicken in flour mix
4. Oil the baking tray and place chicken in oven at 200c for 30 min
5. Turn chicken pieces and coat with lemon sauce
6. place back in over, covered for another 30 min and serve
Serve with vegetables or rice
