Suggest a better descriptionMake the dressing with the first 9 ingredients. Mix oils together in a small bowl. In a separate bowl whisk honey, vinegar, lemon juice & zest, mustard, garlic and salt and pepper together. Slowly add oil mixture into vinegar mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Make the salad: Toss brussel sprout leaves, dried fruit, almonds and 1/4 cup dressing in a large bowl. Split between plates. Top with Manchego and pepper. Serve with bagel chips.
