and 1/4C Water together in a small bowl.
Set sauce mixture aside.
•Heat 2Tbs Oil in a large skillet over med
high heat.
•Add Brussel Sprouts and cook, tossing
occasionally till golden brown. Approx
4mins.
•Cover and Cook until crisp-tender.
Approx 3min more.
•Transfer to a plate. Wipe out skillet.
•Season Steak with Salt.
•Heat 1tbs Oil in same skillet over high heat
until just beginning to smoke.
•Add Steak in single layer. Cook until
browned. Approx 3min.
•Turn and cook until nearly cooked thru.
•Add to Brussel Sprouts.
•Heat remaining tbsp Oil in same skillet.
•Add Scallion Whites, Garlic and Ginger.
Stir until fragrant, adjust heat as needed.
Approx 1min.
•Add Carrots and cook. Tossing
occasionally until carrots are slightly
softened. Approx 2mins.
•Return Brussel Sprouts and Steak to
skillet. Add reserved sauce.
•Cook. Tossing occasionally, until sauce
is thickened. Approx 3mins.
•Serve with Steamed Rice. Garnish with
Scallion greens.
