In shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs.
In another bowl whisk remaining milk, mayo, cheese, lemon juice
Pour into small bowl for dipping and hot sauce in another
Drain chicken but do not pat dry
Dip each piece in breadcrumbs coating well on both sides
Place chicken on single layer on baking sheet
Spritz with cooking spray
Bake 10 minutes on middle rack
Turn over and bake 5 min or until cooked through
Let cool a little so they may be eaten with fingers
