Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350F. In same skillet, over high heat, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until meat is well browned. Remove skillet from heat, stir in green peppers, beans, tomato sauce. In each of 3 9 inch pie plates, place 1 tortilla. Top each tortills with 2/3 cup of bean and beef mixture and one half cup of shredded cheese. Repeat until there is 4 tortillas in each stack and all the mixture and cheese is used up. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with lettuce and tomato. Serves 12 one fourth of a burrito pie stack is a serving
