Add all ingredients into a bowl. Stir quickly to make a dough.
Place dough on a lightly floured surface. Knead very lightly, then roll out to about 1cm thick. Cut out with a round scone cutter of about 4-6cm diameter.
Bake in 220*C oven for about 10 minutes,or until golden on top.
