Suggest a better description1. Combine dry ingredients in food processor. Add butter and cut in until resembles coarse crumbs.
2. Transfer to bowl. Beat eggs with buttermilk. Mix into dry ingredients until mixture forms a dough. Do not overwork.
3. Roll out to 1" thick. Cut scones. Reroll scraps and cut again.
4. Place on parchment lined sheet pan and brush with buttermilk. Sprinkle with coarse sugar.
5. Bake at 380 F for 12 minutes or until well browned on top and bottom.
