Gather all ingredients, and prepare containers for dredging.
Break up croutons in a plastic ziplock bag with rolling pin/mallet/heavy jar, or in a food processor until they reach a fine consistency.
Combine dry ingredients in a shallow bowl.
Whisk together Caesar dressing and milk until smooth in a separate shallow bowl. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 400°F
Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
For each breast:
Dredge chicken breast in flour, shaking off excess.
Coat in dressing mixture. Again, shaking off excess.
Dredge cutlets in crouton mixture, pressing firmly until coated all over.
Place on baking in an even layer.
Bake until golden brown and cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve with additional Parmesan cheese and dressing.
