Light dessert of pound cake, canoli filling, and strawberries. That is quick and easy.
In a small bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and sugar. Stir in chocolate chips.
Split cake into three horizontal layers.
Place bottom layer on a serving plate. Top with half of the cheese mixture, half of the strawberries, and dribble with chocolate syrup. Repeat layers.
Top with the remaining cake layer. Drizzle entire cake with chocolate sauce.
Cover and refrigerate until serving.
