Mix cream cheese, Romano cheese, basil and pepper in medium bowl; set aside. Place margarine in 9-inch round aluminum foil pan.
Grill margarine in pan uncovered 4 to 6 inches from HIGH heat about 2 minutes or until margarine is melted. Stir in onions and coat with margarine. Grill uncovered 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are golden. Remove pan from grill.
Cut bread horizontally in half; cut each piece crosswise in half. Grill bread, cut sides down, 1 to 2 minutes or until toasted.
Stir onions into cheese mixture. Spread mixture on toasted sides of bread. Top with tomatoes.
Cover and grill pizzas 4 to 6 inches from MEDIUM heat 2 to 3 minutes or until hot.
