Sooooo yummy!!
Beat egg and sugar until light and creamy. Add cream and milk, mix thoroughly. Add sifted flour and mix to soft dough. Turn on to floured surface and knead lightly. Pat dough to 2 cm(3/4inch) thickness, cut into rounds with 5cm(2 inch) round cutter. Place scones onto lightly greased oven tray, glaze with a little milk. Bake in very hot oven for 10-12 minutes. If not eating straight away, wrap in clean tea towel until cool.
