Suggest a better descriptionPlace carrot, egg and oil in a blender. Process until carrots are finely chopped. Stir in sugar until well blended. Stir the flour until well blended. Add the baking powder and mix manually. Pour the batter into a lightly greased cup.
Micro-cook 3 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool completely before removing from dish.
