Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 300 degrees Farenheit. Line a 4 x 8 inch loaf tin with baking paper.
Whisk together the eggs, butter, honey, apple and pear sauce until creamy. Add carrots and apricots and blend. Combine the almond flour with cinnamon, baking soda, and salt; then blend with egg mixture.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin.
Bake for 70 minutes until top of loaf feels firm and spongy.
Remove from oven and cool completely.
When cooled down, place icing ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Spread the icing evenly over the cake and refrigerate.
