2. Par-boil for 10 minutes in salted water
3. Mix the eggs, flour and salt
4. Pour the cauliflower onto the mix
5. Fry on a pan with 1/2" of olive oil
6. Turn until all sides are browned
7. Set aside on a plate over paper towels
