Suggest a better descriptionCut cauliflower so you have about 340 grams (small head)
pulse in food processor until snow texture
dry in microwave for 4 minutes
remove ALL excess moisture/ water using cheesecloth
preheat oven to 375 degrees
in a bowl, mix together pulsed and drained cauliflower, 1/4 cup mozzarella, 25g parmesan, and 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
form circular pizza crust on lined baking tray
leave in oven for about 10 minutes
remove from oven and add 1/8 cup pizza cause and 1/4 cup mozzarella
put in microwave for 12-13 more minutes
cut into slices and enjoy with some ketchup!
