Suggest a better description- Cut cauliflower into small florets
- Dice the potatoes into 1" cubes
- Mix both florets & cubes both & boil till tender (about 5 min)
- Sauté the 1/2 the spices in a large Wok in oil till hot with spice aroma
- Add the diced meat and stir till slightly browned
- Add diced Onions, Garlic & Ginger and toss, set aside
- Using the same Wok, Increase the heat to Med-Hi, add some oil
- Add diced tomatoes & Pea Carrot mix
- Add the drained florets & potatoes and mix
- Add the other 1/2 of the spice mix
- Add Vinger and Lemon Juice after it is thoroughly cooked
Add the Meat Onion Mix
-Simmer for 30 minutes
- Add cilantro and toss
- Let it rest for 10 minutes
