Suggest a better descriptionPlace oat flakes, bran buds, and bisquick into a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Process until coarsely ground. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the milk, egg and oil. Whip for almost 1 minute. Set aside. Heat waffle iron. When hot, stir the batter, adding water to thin to recommended consistency. Pour batter on iron and bake. Serve with fruit topping of choice; or low calorie maple syrup. Makes 3 7-inch waffles.
