Enchiladas made with ground beef, flour tortillas, and a yummy sour cream sauce.
*Brown ground beef.
*Strain the grease.
*Add a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of salsa, and 2 teaspoons of green chilies.
*Stir and cook on low.
*In sauce pan, combine cream of mushroom soup, water, sour cream, and the remainder of the green chilies.
*Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and 2 tablespoons of cheese.
*Stir and salt to taste.
*Heat through.
*In 9x13 baking dish, spoon a thin layer of the soup mixture in the bottom.
*Fill tortillas with meat and a little cheese.
*Roll tortillas and place seam side down in baking dish.
*Pour soup/sauce over tortillas.
*Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
*Remove from oven and sprinkle top with remainder of cheese.
*Bake for another 10 minutes at 350 degrees then remove from oven and serve.
Serve with salsa as an option to pour on top of enchiladas.
