Preheat the broiler to high.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced Brussels sprouts, 2 tablespoons of the olive oil, salt, pepper flakes, and garlic. Toss well to coat. Spread evenly on baking sheet. Broil for 6 minutes, stirring halfway through and rotating the baking sheet as needed for even browning.
Transfer cooked sprouts to medium bowl. Add pine nuts and toss to combine well. Sprinkle feta cheese on top of each portion.
