1. Position oven rack to top and preheat oven to 450; line a baking sheet with foil.
2. Toss half the garlic, tomatoes, large drizzle of oil and salt and pepper on baking sheet and put into oven until slightly charred (8-10 mins). Transfer to a bowl.
3. Meanwhile, combine ricotta, half the herbs, half the parmesan, salt and chili flakes to taste.
4. In a ramekin, add the rest of the garlic and a large drizzle of olive oil. Brush oil onto the bread slices and place on the baking sheet. Toast in oven for 4-5 minutes.
5. Take out the toast, and add walnuts to the sheet. Toast in the oven for 2-3 minutes, then rough chop.
6. Assemble the bread with ricotta mix, tomatoes, walnuts, rest of herbs, chili flakes and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with balsamic glaze to taste.
