Mix Bisquick and cheese, then add water and continue to mix.
Drop large spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated 450-degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
While the biscuits are baking, melt the butter or margarine over low heat in a small saucepan, add parsley flakes, garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and keep warm. After baking, while the biscuits are still hot, brush with butter/seasoning mix, pop them back into the oven for two minutes and they're ready to serve. Believe me when I tell you that you don't need to add butter.
