Suggest a better descriptionHeat enchilada sauce until warm in sauce pan.
Mix cheese and onion and 4oz of enchilada sauce.
Spread about 4oz of enchilada sauce in bottom of large bake pan.
Dip tortillas for a second in hot enchilada sauce just until soft. Put approximately 1 heaping Tbsp. cheese mixture on each tortilla. Roll and place seam side down in large baking pan.
Cover enchiladas with sour cream and remaining sauce and sprinkle with additional shredded cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes, or until sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
