Yummy. Adapted from Food in a Minute
Preheat oven to 200 on fan bake or 220 normal oven.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Sift flour, big pinch salt and cayenne.
Stir in the grated cheese, and make a well.
Pour in milk and soda water to form a soft dough.
Turn out the dough on a well floured surface, and pat or roll to about 2 cm thick.
Cut into 12 or more pieces depending on how large you like your scones.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, wrap in tea towel to cool.
