Lightly oil baking sheet (need not if it is non-stick). In large bowl stir together flour, baking powder, and spices. Stir in the two cheeses. Cut in margarine til like coarse crumbs. Stir together milk and eggs (and salsa, if used). Add to flour mix and stir til combined. Spread dough into an 8" diameter circle on baking sheet. Cut into 8 wedges.
