Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine flour, pepper and cayenne in food processor. Pulse. Sprinkle butter over top. Pulse to coerce bread crumbs. Add 1 T. water at a time. Flour working surface. Roll dough out into 8x9 inch square. Cut into strips. Bake 15 minutes. Lasts up to 2 days.
