Suggest a better descriptionIn a large mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, salt and cayenne. Cut in cheese and butter until pieces are the size of small peas. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water over part of the mixture. Gently toss with a fork. Push to the side of the bowl. Repeat until all of the mixture is moistened. Shape the dough into a ball. On a lightly floured surface, flatten dough with hands. Roll out dough from center to edges, forming a large thin square. Brush with the beaten egg; sprinkle with the sesame seed. Cut dough into strips (5"x 1/2"); twist each strip. Place strips on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 10 - 12 minutes or until golden brown.
