Suggest a better descriptionCUT a wide pocket in each chicken breast half. Marinate chicken in 1/2 cup herb and wine marinade in refrigerator 30 min. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard marinade. STUFF each pocket with 1 slice cheese and 1/4 of roasted peppers. Press chicken to seal. Grill chicken until cooked through. Brush chicken with remaining marinade. SERVE & ENJOY...
