Cheesy beef & potatoes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brown ground beef, drain & add to large mixing bowl
Add can of cream of of mushroom & can of cheddar soup to the bowl
Add frozen potatoes to the bowl
Add 1/2 of the shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl
Add pinch of salt & pepper and mix all together
Pour into greased 9x13 casserole dish & sprinkle w/remaining shredded cheddar
Cover w/foil
Bake for 30 mins
Remove foil & bake for an additional 30 mins
