Suggest a better descriptionIn a skillet, saute sliced onions in unsalted butter until browned. Season, remove to a bowl. Combine ground chicken with grated onion, Worcestershire, garlic powder, ground mustard, salt and pepper.
*Form into 4 patties. Add 1 tbs oil to same skillet. Cook patties until done. Remove to a plate. Butter outside of 8 slices bread. On each of 4 bread slices, place a burger patty, 1/4 of onions, and 1 slice Swiss cheese, top with another bread slice. *Add all 4 patty melts to pan, cook until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
