It's a very easy recipe, only needing a couple of ingredients. You could also add in some other things to make it your own. Experiment!
Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Grease a cupcake tin with cooking spray. Crack the eggs into the tin, putting each egg into a different vessel. (It's okay if the yolks crack!) Put the meat (if having it) and/or vegetables (if having it) into the whites of the egg. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese on top of each egg. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, and bake for 30 minutes, or until the top of the egg whites turn golden- ish. Cool 10 minutes and serve warm.
