1. Melt butter on low and stir in onions to soften them.
2. Combine all ingredients in 9x13 pan.
3. Combine corn flake crumbs with some more melted butter to make them stick. Sprinkle on top of mixture in pan.
4. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
*best to thaw hashbrowns first.
