Quick, and easy, delicious meal that my kids beg me to make. Chicken dipped in ranch, parmesan cheese, and then coated in crushed rice krispies, and then baked in the oven. Yum!
Preheat oven to 375, cover a cookie sheet with tin foil, and spray with pam.
Slice the chicken into nice tender lengths and pound slightly to make them evenly sized. Pat them dry with paper towels.
Dredge the chicken through ranch, and then the parmesan cheese. Finally, coat in the krispie cereal.
Place on the cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Do not pulverize the krispies, it is nice if there are still some crunchy pieces in the coating. Could add some chex mix.
