Quick muffins can use blueberrys or cherries

Quickly stir liquid mixture (eggs, milk and butter) into dry mix. do NOT overmix as over blending will cause a tough texture. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full, and sprinke lightly with cinnamon topping (1/8 t cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar) bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
