This is a quick and simple dish to prepare. If you don't like broccoli, feel free to substitute with any other vegetables.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius or 350 degrees farenheit
Chop onion and soften in oil
Chop chicken into bite size chunks and brown off
Make white sauce
Boil or steam broccoli to al dente texture
When your chicken, broccoli and sauce are ready, you can now assemble the dish. Place chicken and broccoli in an oven-proof dish and cover in white sauce. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Crush packet of crisps and sprinkle on top of bread crumbs. Place in oven and leave for at least 30 minutes to heat through. Check dish is piping hot throughout before serving.
This dish can be prepared in advance and kept covered in the fridge.
