Place Chicken in cooker and cover with water.
Add butter
Simmer slowly until tender.
Add Salt and Pepper.
Debone chicken and set aside.
Use broth to cook dumplings
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DUMPLINGS
Mix and sift dry ingredients
Work in broth a little at a time to make a soft dough
Roll out on floured board to 1/4" thick
Cut in Strips 2 x 2 Inches
Drop in boiling broth
Cover and let simmer 15 minutes
Do not remove lid until time is up
